In accordance with the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, VCET has appointed an independent Ombudsperson to ensure that every student has access to a fair, impartial, and confidential channel for resolving grievances that have not been addressed through the regular institutional mechanisms. The Ombudsperson functions independently of the college administration and is empowered to examine complaints related to admissions, examination, fee refunds, harassment, discrimination, and any other academic or administrative matter affecting students.
