Criterion 7 is where VCET’s character speaks loudest — it goes beyond compliance to capture the values, commitments, and distinctive practices that define who we are as an institution. This criterion covers Institutional Values & Social Responsibilities including gender sensitivity, environmental sustainability, inclusivity, and human rights awareness (7.1), Best Practices that reflect our most impactful and innovative institutional initiatives that go above and beyond the standard framework (7.2), and Institutional Distinctiveness — the unique qualities, strengths, and hallmarks that set VCET apart from other engineering colleges in the region (7.3).
